I have another colour challenge for you, again using one of my favourite Stampin’ Up! colours, Pool Party.

As soon as I saw the colours for this week’s challenge, I knew immediately I wanted to use the Elements of Style stamp set. And I thought by adding butterflies it would give the card a bit more dimension. Besides, for me, flowers and butterflies say Spring!

Hi all. Just popping in to say I hope everyone is having a great Friday and to share some happy news!

The ladies at the Friday Mashup picked my Mother’s Day pop-up card as the “Rock Star” this week.

Great way to start my Mother’s Day weekend! And to make it even sweeter, my friend Hayley had her card picked as one of the “Glamettes” for the same challenge. We Canadian girls sure know how to Rock a challenge. Now I just have to hope that my Mom hasn’t checked out my blog this week, so she’ll be surprised when she receives the card. If not, Happy Mother’s Day Mom!

It’s Friday, finally, and the start of a busy weekend around here.  So before things get crazy around here, I want to share with you, my entry for the Mojo Monday challenge.

I’ll be honest, I struggled with this sketch and almost threw in the towel and gave up for the week.  But that’s why it’s called a challenge!  I set it aside for a day, came back to it and now I think I’m pretty happy with what I was able to come up with.
