Happy Sunday everyone! It’s time for a new colour challenge at Sunday Stamps and we are using Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla and Strawberry Slush.
Isn’t our inspiration photo so yummy? I know the colours are very non-traditional, but I couldn’t resist using that inspiration and creating a wintery/Christmas card.
I created the background by stamping some snowflakes, from the Festive Flurry stamp set, with Versamark, and then embossed with clear emboss powder. The large pink snowflake is popped on with a dimensional and a few Rhinestone Jewels and a Frosty Finishes Embellishment finishes things off.
The inspiration for the layout, comes from this week’s sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.
Please do check out what my fellow DT members have created. I know you are going to be inspired by what they have come up with!
Holly (creator), Joan, Marie, Steph, Kathya and Angel.
And just to keep things fair, please remember that we do have a few rules. You can check them out here.
The deadline to submit your creation is Friday, August 8th, at 6pm (EST), so there’s plenty of time to play along!
Hope to see you in the gallery!
