Red and White for Stampin’ Celebration!

Happy Monday everyone and Happy 4th of July to all our American friends!

We are back with another inspiration challenge at Stampin’ Celebration!

SCIpix-028My card:

DSCN1595I loved all of our inspiration photos this week, so it was hard to decide which way to go with my card.  Since I am also a cake decorated, I tried to recreate that gorgeous wedding cake, with paper.  Pretty happy with the result!

Our challenge is open until Friday, July 15th, at 9pm EST, so there’s plenty of time to play along.

Please head on over to the Stampin’ Celebration blog and check out what my fellow DT members have created. I know you are going to love all of their creations!

And as with any challenge, there are a few rules to keep in mind:

  • Feel free to use any brand of product you may have in your Stash.
  • We ask that you create a new project for this challenge and add a link to our blog or use the challenge graphic in your post.
  • Please link directly to the post for this challenge, not your entire blog (so we can find your project better)
  • Please limit the combined challenges on your project to no more then 4 including ours.
  • And Have Fun!!!

Hope to see you in the gallery!

Here’s what I used:

Card Stock/DSP: Whisper White, Real Red

Ink: StazOn Black

Stamp Set: Watercolour Words

Tools & Embellishments: Big Shot, Flower Fair Framelits, Softly Falling Embossing Folder, Petite Petals Punch, Basic Pearl Jewels, Candy Dot, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Red and White for STB!

Happy Thursday everyone!  It’s time for another great challenge at Seize the Birthday!

1175095_10151587494757547_730720239_n-4 This time our “Toppings” option is a Red and White.  But remember, if “Toppings” are not your thing, it is always “Anything Goes” here at Seize the Birthday.

Red and white, not just for Christmas cards!  This was an easy one to put together, as it is just a lot of layers of card stock and a busy piece of DSP.  So I only needed a simple sentiment and embellishments to complete the look.

As always, our challenge is open for two weeks, until December 29th, so there’s lots of time to link up your creations – you can check out our challenge rules here.

My fellow Design Team members have created some fabulous cards, so please check them out and be inspired! NancyGlendaColleen, HannelieSharynJodeneJoAnnMarzenaShirleyAnni and our Guest Designer this month, Tanja!

We can’t wait to see what you create!!!

Sure hope you will join the party!

Just for You Graffiti

It’s Wednesday and Subtle Week at Colour Me….!  This week we are working with Soft Suede, Crushed Curry and Cherry Cobbler

Our challenge:

CMCC Full Graphics-021My card:

DSCN1223While I love the inspiration photo this week, I really did not want to create another Fall themed card – it’s time for all things Christmas in my humble opinion!  So, I decided to the colours would work well for something masculine and at the same time, that would help fill my dwindling stash of masculine cards.

My fellow Design Team members have also created some fabulous samples, so be sure to stop by Colour Me….! and check them out. We can’t wait to see what you create!!! Antonia, Bhavana, Hayley, Jinny, Julia, Kim, Ren, Tara, Valentyna, and our Guest Designer for November, Deanne!

The challenge will end on November 23rd, at 12:00pm (EST). And as with any challenge, there are a few rules, to keep things fair – you can check them out here.

Hope to see you in the gallery!
